In fact, I love combining my two favourite passions, travel and event planning, to offer destination wedding packages for those who want to plan a unique wedding away from home.

WEDDING AND EVENT SERVICES
Full Wedding Management
This is an all-inclusive service package where you will be guided through the entire process, providing all that is necessary to make your wedding flawless.
This service includes, but is not limited to:
Budget development
Vendor sourcing and vendors contract reviews if needed (please note, I do not provide legal advice)
Full development of the wedding vision
Wedding day management, including the timeline of the day
Ceremony and reception set up supervision
Assistance with venue site visits and creating a floor plan
Assistance with the wedding rehearsal
Up to 10 hours coverage on the wedding day
Price: 15% of your entire budget
Wedding Day Management
This service starts 30 to 60 days prior to the wedding day. It is meant for couples who want to plan their own wedding but could still use a helping hand on the wedding day to ensure that their vision becomes a reality.
This service includes, but is not limited to:
2 – 3 consultation meetings to finalize details and coordinate logistics
Contacting vendors and review of contracts (please note, I do not provide legal advice)
Creation and management of timeline
Supervision of ceremony and reception set up
Management of place cards, favours, signing table
Assistance at the wedding rehearsal
Up to 8 hours coverage on the wedding day
Price: Starting at $3,200 CAD.
Consultations
For couples looking for answers to questions, needing feedback on ideas or requiring assistance with their planning progress, this service provides access to an expert when you need it.
This service can include, but is not limited to:
Vendor recommendations, photography, videography, florist, catering, design, venues, DJ, bartenders, officiants, transportation, dresses, make-up and hairdresser
Review of contracts (please note, I do not provide legal advice)
Wedding day Itinerary/Reception program
Assistance at the wedding rehearsal
Price: Starting at $175 for the 1st hour; $125 for each consecutive hour after initial hour
Destination Weddings
Looking for your ideal wedding destination? Say “I do” anywhere in the world, whether you decide on a tropical celebration in the Caribbean or a romantic getaway to Tuscany, Italy. I also specialize in destination wedding packages to Mexico.
In addition to a wedding planner, I am also a travel consultant - the perfect combination to create a unique wedding destination package for you. I will help you find an exotic destination or luxury resort to help set the tone of your special day, making it a memorable trip for you and your guests.
My services include looking after all the details for your destination wedding, from arranging travel and accommodations for your guests to airport transfers and more.
This service starts 12-16 months prior to your wedding day.

Other Events
Need help planning an event? Whether it is a birthday party, an anniversary, an elopement, a baby shower or a corporate event, I offer event planning services to help take the stress and work off your shoulders so you can enjoy the celebration too.
Or perhaps you need help coming up with a unique theme or idea for an event? Since my daughter was one-year-old, I have been creating themed birthday parties. One of my specialties are teepee parties. These parties are great for sleepover parties for kids, a picnic for adults or a romantic date for couples.

I offer Wedding and Event Services in both English and Spanish. I service the Greater Vancouver Area and the Lower Mainland but I will also go beyond those borders to service other areas in BC or beyond, to accommodate and plan unique destination weddings.
I am a romantic at heart but funny enough, I never dreamed of my perfect wedding dress. We all have different details that stand out as being important to us and I know it is those details that gets us to that blissful feeling we want on our special day.
I love figuring out the details that are important to my clients and then taking those details and creating an event where fun and laughter fills the air. I love watching the guests as they enjoy the celebrations.
That is what motivates me - creating memories for others.
I love to entertain. I feel lucky that people give me the opportunity to plan their memorable events. I relish when I see guests arrive and their eyes light up in wonderment. I feel accomplished when I see the smiles and enjoyment of people eating delicious food. I feel joy when I see the bride and groom celebrating on the dance floor, creating memories with family and friends. I truly love my job!
I get inspired by nature and the simple things we often overlook.
When hiking with my dog, Tencha, a tree branch may inspire me with an idea for a table decoration. When travelling to an exotic beach, the palm tree leaves may provide inspiration for a unique wedding photo backdrop. Or even on a normal day when I am taking care of family, one of my child’s books lying on the living room floor may provide me with a unique idea for a whimsical birthday party element.
There are so many details in the world that provide a wealth of inspiration allowing an endless opportunity for me to create a uniquely memorable wedding or event for you.
